750 Coordinating Seminar (3:3:0).Prerequisite: Acceptance in the M.A. in Telecommunications program with at least 18 credits completed. Topics include specific telecommunications problems in management, law, engineering, education, and communication. This seminar focuses on the ways a problem in one area can create or solve a problem in other areas.

799 Individualized Studies Thesis (1-6:0:0).Prerequisite: Degree candidacy in the M.A. in Telecommunications, completion of 24 credits of graduate course work, approval of a thesis proposal by the faculty advisor and telecommunications director. Taught on an independent study basis. Individualized Section Form required. An original research endeavor related to the student's concentration in telecommunications. Academic research involves posing a question or hypothesis and using appropriate methodology to prove or disprove the proposed hypothesis. Research must result in a document meeting university standards.
