Mason's Debit Card System
Deposit funds online, at the Mason Money office, or at any of the five Card Management Center's located in each library; use the Mason ID to make purchases both on and off campus!
All Mason ID holders are welcome to use Mason Money. We have streamlined Mason Money options and the tax-exempt food service is no longer available. You can now use Mason Money Retail on all three campuses for both dining and retail purchases. Growing into the community, Mason Money will soon be accepted at several off campus locations!

Balances are refundable upon graduating, transferring, or separation from the university. Early withdrawals are allowed under exigent circumstances, if approved, and are subject to a $10 fee. Please check the terms and agreement for refund processes.
Depositing Funds in Person
Mason Money Office - Visit the Mason Money office located on the lower level of Student Union II. Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30. Deposits after 4:30 are available the following business day.
Card Management Center's - Located in each of the five libraries. Cash denominations of $1, $5, $10, & $20 are accepted. Patron cards can be purchases for $1.
Depositing Funds Online

Guest Deposits - Generous parents, relatives, and friends... Make a guest deposit online for your favorite Mason person by typing in their first name, last name, and their G number (omitting the 'G' and all preceding zeros). Federal privacy laws restrict the Mason Money office from giving out G numbers.
Patron Cards - If you've previously purchased a copy card from one of the Card Management Centers, use the Customer Number and the Default PIN printed on the card as the log in for depositing funds online.
