Purpose - This form is used to register a network enabled device (iPod Touch, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, etc) onto the Mason Resident network.

Instructions - PLEASE READ - Please fill-in this form online. If your device is not listed please contact the ITU Support Center. For instructions to find the MAC address for some common Video Game Consoles click here. Submitting the completed form will generate a ticket. All areas with asterisks (*) are required.

NOTE: All Network Devices (Game consoles, iPods, etc) that were registered last year were cleared on 8/25/09.
