Some fellowships are restricted to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents. Many Mason students are not U.S. citizens, while many fellowship programs are limited to U.S. citizens. Dr. Camille Stillwell, Director of the DC Workforce Development Administration, has compiled a list of fellowships (pdf) that do not require U.S. citizenship.
