Arlington Campus Courses Fall 2009 Evening and Saturday Courses at the Arlington Campus The English Language Institute offers two courses for non-native English speaking embassy personnel and their spouses, students and professionals during the Fall 2009 semester. The courses will be conducted at George Mason University's Arlington Campus, one block from the Virginia Square - GMU metrorail station. The 12-week Advanced Writing for Academic and Professional Success course is for individuals with an advanced English language ability who are looking to increase and improve their writing ability. The class meets from 5:30pm to 7:10pm on Tuesdays. Students will receive 3.0 CEUs (continuing education units). The 10-week English Communication for Professional Success course is for individuals with an intermediate to advanced English language ability who want to improve their English skills in order to meet their personal and professional goals. The class meets from 9:00am to 11:30am on Saturdays. Students will receive 3.0 CEUs (continuing education units). The Tuesday course begins September 15 and ends December 1, 2009.
