Effective July 1, 2009 the caterer approval process has changed.

Caterers who wish to be on the Approved Caterer list can use the following forms and directions. All caterers providing food at any Mason campus must be registered in eVA and submit all forms and documentation directly to the Office of University Services, SUB II, Room 2028, Fax Number: 703-993-2850 for approval before providing service. Approval is not automatic. Caterers will remain on the Approved Caterer List indefinitely but will require yearly documentation review and approval by the Office of University Services.

All events must begin using a caterer listed below or have the caterer you wish to use complete the forms and provide the documentation required prior to your event. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your caterer to submit all documentation for review by University Services. As of June 25, 2009 the caterers listed below have met all requirements and have been approved to bring food on any Mason Campus.
