Held simultaneously in different regions across the country, the popular Success Institute offers students a weekend focusing on professional skill building at the individual level. With sessions focusing on professional and personal development, chapter management, personal finance and team leadership, students can "piece" together their own weekend by selecting those programs that will benefit the development of the individual student or the chapter as a whole.

This first-rate leadership development conference is among the finest learning opportunities offered to the membership of Alpha Kappa Psi—or that of any fraternity. Based on the contemporary concepts contained in the business best seller The Leadership Challenge, The Academy focuses on the practices and commitments of exemplary leaders and what constituents expect from them. A registration cap of 80 participants ensures that the experience will be highly personal and that members will build a strong network with other Alpha Kappa Psi participants from across the country. Interactive large group sessions are complemented by small group discussions led by AKPsi facilitators and successful business leaders.

The College of Leadership provides students with advanced leadership skills. Sessions on advance team and corporate management, effective marketing strategies, investments, and career aptitude equip students with the tools needed to lead successful chapters and encourage professional growth. The programs are designed to be interactive discussions in a "round table" atmosphere that give students opportunities to learn and share ideas to better prepare for the business world.
