Held simultaneously in
different regions across the country, the popular Success Institute offers students a
weekend focusing on professional skill building at the individual level. With sessions
focusing on professional and personal development, chapter management, personal finance
and team leadership, students can "piece" together their own weekend by
selecting those programs that will benefit the development of the individual student or
the chapter as a whole. |

The
College of Leadership provides students with advanced leadership skills. Sessions on
advance team and corporate management, effective marketing strategies, investments, and
career aptitude equip students with the tools needed to lead successful chapters and
encourage professional growth. The programs are designed to be interactive discussions in
a "round table" atmosphere that give students opportunities to learn and share
ideas to better prepare for the business world.
2000 Schedule: St. Louis, August 3-6.
