Members

There are four main roles available in APO.

A pledge is someone who is aiming to become a member of APO. One remains a pledge for approximately one semester.

A neophyte is someone who has fulfilled their requirements as a pledge and is waiting for the initiation ceremony to become a brother.

An active brother is an official member of APO, male or female, who is active in the fraternity.

An associate is a member of APO who has dropped their status of an active brother temporarily due to time constraints, etc.
An associate is not committed to attend all meetings, service events, or fellowships and pays lower dues.

Our officers are active members who are elected to fill a particular position within the fraternity. Officers are elected every semester.

Appointed positions are positions for which members submit interest and are then appointed by the officers.
