2006 IOOB REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Registration
Procedure:
- Launch the online registration form
and complete all questions (takes about 5 mins).
**This form will also ask questions about your transportation, accommodation,
and food preferences.
- When you have completed
the form, you will be automatically forwarded to
our
Payment Options page, where you can pay online with
Visa or MasterCard, or send us a check through the mail!
