 JLEP MembershipJLEP looks for talented, dedicated members to drive its entrepreneurial spirit. Tasks members may be involved in include: soliciting and identifying target articles, reviewing and incorporating comments from the peer-review process, publishing and distributing the journal, planning for and managing symposium tasks, subscriptions management, budget planning, and perpetuation planning. Membership Application ProcessAt the end of each spring semester, first year students will hear about the law review and journal member application process. Members of law review and the journal editorial boards will hold an information meeting regarding the write-on competition for these journals and law review. Because JLEP is newer and has a slightly different application criteria we will hold a separate information session; the date will be announced sometime in late March or early April. This meeting will explain the application process and prospective members will have the opportunity to meet members of the editorial board. At that time, all current 1D, 1E, 2D, 2E, 3E, LLM and JMs in good academic standing are eligible and are encouraged to apply. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at JLEP@gmu.edu
