Sweet Briar College, in Virginia, is seeking applications for a 10-month full-time appointment as Assistant Sports Information Director and spring sport Assistant Coach in lacrosse, softball, or tennis.

This is a two-year administrative internship position in conjunction with the NCAA Division III Ethnic Minority and Women’s Internship Grant Program.   Bachelor's degree required.  Salary will be $18,000 plus health benefits and $3,000 for professional development.

Salary will be $18,000 plus health benefits and $3,000 for professional development.

BIG SOUTH CONFERENCE
Assistant Director of Public Relations
 
The Big South Conference is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director of Public Relations. This position is a 12-month full time position to begin in July 2002.
 
Responsibilities:  Assisting in the promotion of the Big South’s 18 championship sports, including serving as the primary contact for selected sports. Other tasks will include website maintenance, and publications assistance. 
 
Qualifications:  Applicants should possess strong communication and computer skills, including knowledge of desktop publishing website software, and statistical software. Preferred candidates will have experience in collegiate sports information or a related field. 
 
Compensation:  Annual salary is $25,000
