Mason is partnering with the Fairfax County Health Department to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to eligible area residents at clinics in EagleBank Arena. Volunteers from throughout the Mason community are pitching in.

Anti-Racism Report

President Gregory Washington and the Anti-Racism and Inclusive Excellence Task Force invite the Mason community to hear their recommendations at a virtual town hall on Tuesday, Feb. 23, at 2 p.m. The draft recommendations are available for review.

National Research Award

Doctoral student Sarah Giff is examining the link between parents with PTSD and children’s emotional functions. She received a National Institutes of Health Award for her studies.

Explore the Wonders of the Arcadia Art Installation

Arcadia is a year-long public art project using sensors and computer software to translate the natural biorhythms of medicinal and edible plants into a stream of ever-changing music and light. 

Arcadia may be experienced live online 24 hours a day or from outside the Presidents Park Greenhouse on the Fairfax Campus following Mason’s social-distancing guidelines.
