Administration

  • Uthai Ang is retiring from Facilities Management after 18 years of service.
  • Danett Crespo is the new photo collection manager in Creative Services.
  • L’Erin Garner is a new executive assistant for Housing and Residence Life.
  • Gilberto Guerrero is retiring from Johnson Center Operations after 33 years of service.
  • Rosemary Hallenbeck is retiring from Admissions after 25 years of service.
  • Connie Kirkland, Sexual Assault Services, is leaving the university to join Northern Virginia Community College as director of a new office that will respond to and manage behavior issues on all of the college’s campuses. Kirkland has served Mason for nearly 25 years and founded the office of Sexual Assault Services.
  • Erin Lawter is a new lead teacher for the Child Development Center.
  • Jieping Li is a new systems and reporting analyst for the Office of Budget and Planning.
  • Patricia Moreno is retiring from the Office of the Provost after 13 years of service.
  • Richard Plaskus is a new serials coordinator and circulation assistant for Mercer Library on the Prince William Campus.
  • Leah Quinn is a new assistant director for the Patriot Leader Initiative for the Office of Orientation and Family Programs and Services.
  • James Rannels is the new coordinator of maintenance and safety and security for the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Intercollegiate Athletics.
  • Janis Ross is a new information desk supervisor for University Information.
  • Dennis Royal is a new lead desktop support technician, TSS Desktop, TSD – Technology Support Services.
  • Leigh Ann Skeen is a new recognition coordinator in Special Collections and Archives, ITU – Administrative Services.
  • Tabitha Wells is a new administrative assistant for the Center for International Student Access.
  • Andrias White is a new events manager for Admissions.
  • Laura Winkler is a new career coordinator for the School of Management in University Career Services.

College of Education and Human Development

  • Heather Conover is a new administrative assistant.
  • Pamela McKeta is a new communications and marketing officer.
  • Jorge Trasmonte is a new VISTA database developer and analyst.

College of Humanities and Social Sciences

  • Elysha Kim is a new research associate project manager for the Department of Psychology.
  • Charles Rowley is retiring from the Department of Economics after 25 years of service.

College of Science

  • Keith Davies is retiring from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry after 36 years of service.
  • Ganga Purja Pun is a new research assistant professor for the School of Physics, Astronomy and Computational Sciences.
  • Fabiola Suarez is a new office assistant for the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.

School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution

  • James Moon is the new director of operations.

School of Management

  • Michael Ferri, finance, is retiring after 25 years of service.
