Jennifer Mascott and Mark J. Rozell were two of four experts who testified Tuesday before the Senate Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action and Federal Rights. Mascott, assistant professor of law and co-executive director of the Center for the Study of the Administrative State at Scalia Law, and Rozell, founding dean, Ruth D. and John T. Hazel Faculty Chair in Public Policy at the Schar School, spoke at the hearing: Breaking the Logjam: Principles and Practice of Congressional Oversight and Executive Privilege.
