Mason community invited to learn about the Student Experience Redesign Project

The Student Experience Redesign Executive Team and the six Workstream Teams will provide an update to interested stakeholders on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
The work that has been done over the past few months will form the foundation for multi-year projects that will drive the next generation of the Mason student experience. All groups have worked together and separately to identify detailed action plans and long-term strategies.
The Workstream Teams are Self-Service 24/7 Student Support, First-Year Student Care Network, Student Initiation Experiences, Student Voice, Data-Driven Relationship Management, and Culture of Service
