Unrelated Business Income Certification Deadline: November 30

The deadline to submit the Unrelated Business Income Questionnaire(s) and Certification document is November 30. The completed form(s) and certification may be sent to MS 4B2 or inttax@gmu.edu.

Each department should complete the form for all potential unrelated activities, including historically reported ones.

Fiscal Services will work with each department to determine if additional steps are necessary.

The questionnaire and certification document are available at fiscal.gmu.edu/unrelated-business-income.
