Request for Proposals: Course Redesign Using Open Educational Resources
November 5, 2017
Mason faculty interested in using Open Educational Resources (OERs) for their classes are encouraged to submit a proposal for use of OERs in innovative course redesign.
Courses targeted for OERs include those with high enrollments, required courses for majors, courses counted in the Mason Core, or those with high textbook costs.
Competitive OER grants ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 will be awarded depending on the nature of the work and the level of instructional team collaboration.
The deadline to submit a proposal is December 1. Grant details and the application are available at library.gmu.edu/oer.
