Physical Well-Being Seminar: Strategies for Quality Sleep and Enhanced Well-Being

Join Mason’s very own Jeffrey Herrick on December 13 from noon to 1 p.m. for a discussion on how sleep and sleep disorders can impact an individual's health, physical capacity, and quality of life. 

This seminar will teach participants how to: 

  • Identify common sleep disorders
  • Minimize sleep disruption 
  • Improve quality of life and well-being 

Participants will leave the talk with strategies they can use right away to improve overall sleep, increase awareness of the signs of poor quality of sleep, and positively enhance their well-being.
