Online Resources from University Libraries: Relax and Refresh!
December 17, 2017
Need to relax as you get ready for the new semester? Check out some options available through University Libraries:
- Watch Oscar-winning independent films like Twilight Samurai and The Scent of Green Papaya in our New World Cinema database
- Stream a variety of documentaries and social issue films on Docuseek
- Kick-back with one of 700 recent fiction and non-fiction books housed in Mason Libraries’ Recommended Reads collection in the Gateway Library (located in the Johnson Center), or consider joining the Mason Libraries Book Club
- Listen to the blues music of Muddy Waters or folk songs by Bob Dylan in Music Online: American Music. Or, put on a classic Mozart symphony, holiday music from around the world, or one of the 44,000 tracks available in Music Online: Smithsonian Global Sound for Libraries.
These resources are free and available 24/7 to all Mason faculty, students, and staff.
