Take Back the Night

September 30, 2018

Take Back the Night is an annual gathering held in support of the end of sexual and domestic violence. This event is a safe place for all. During the event, any survivor who would like to share their story is welcome to do so. This is an awareness space, so reports will not need to be made to Compliance, Diversity, and Ethics if you choose to share.

Tuesday, October 2
7:30 p.m.
Wilkins Plaza (near the clock)

If you would like to share a narrative at the event, contact Caitlyn at ssac@gmu.edu. We will work with you to set up a time to talk with a confidential advocate about Take Back the Night and how you can be involved.

If you do not want to participate in Take Back the Night as a speaker, but would like to talk to a confidential advocate about support and resources, call 703-993-3683 or email ssac@gmu.edu.

Take Back the Night is hosted by the Women and Gender Studies Center and is open to students, faculty, staff, and members of the community.
