August 21: MSSC service options due to high call volume 

Due to the current high volume of calls, we are experiencing very long wait times, sometimes up to 60 minutes.  To receive faster service, we recommend that you contact us by email at finaid@gmu.edu or visit mssc.gmu.edu for document drop-off and other service requests. Answers to our most frequently asked questions can be found in our FAQs listed below.  If you are calling with questions about account holds related to high school transcripts, please know that you can still register for classes while questions about your hold are being resolved.  In addition, you will not be dropped from any classes or lose grant aid while your hold is being resolved.
