Caps, Gowns, Rings, and Announcements
Get Your Regalia Ready to March
Graduation at Mason is a traditional ceremony; graduates and faculty wear caps and gowns. You are required to wear the appropriate academic regalia.
Mason's bookstore will sponsor a Graduation Fair Tuesday through Thursday, March 3 to 5, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Johnson Center's Dewberry Hall on the Fairfax Campus.
Prospective graduates can purchase caps, gowns, announcements, rings, and other items, have a photo taken in regalia, and pick up Commencement information in one location.
The Science and Technology and Arlington Campus bookstores will also begin selling caps and gowns at this time. Visit the bookstore for details.
Those who miss or are unable to attend the Graduation Fair can purchase regalia at any Mason bookstore on a first-come, first-served basis. The Science and Technology and Arlington Campus bookstores will also sell caps and gowns.
