II. Presidential Search Committee Co-Chairs’ Comments 1:05 - 1:50 p.m.

III. Public Comment Public comment will be taken beginning at approximately 1:05 p.m. on the topic of faculty and community engagement in the Presidential Search process, under the following procedures:

a. Public comment will only be taken in-person at the meeting location listed above.

b. Any person wishing to make a public comment must complete a lottery submission card upon arrival at the meeting location. The cards will be available and accepted from 12:30 – 1:00 p.m.

Attendees will also be given the option of submitting written comments only.

c. Individual comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. Overall comment from the public will be limited to forty-five (45) minutes.

d. The speaker selection process will be accomplished via lottery by the Committee Co-Chairs.

e. Public comments conclude at 1:50 p.m. 1:50 - 3:00 p.m.

IV. Community Engagement in the Presidential Search Process Committee discussion of community engagement options in the Presidential Search process.

V. Committee Recommendation(s) to the Board of Visitors (ACTION ITEM)

VI. Rector Davis receives the Presidential Search Committee’s recommendation(s) for community engagement in the Presidential Search process on behalf of the Board of Visitors.
