Graduate Admissions hosts town hall May 1

February 26, 2018

We're moving—to a new system for communicating with prospective and admitted graduate students.

Starting this fall, George Mason University’s Office of Graduate Admissions will begin using constituent relationship management software called TargetX.

You are invited to learn more about the project at a town hall meeting at 12:30 p.mTuesday, May 1, in Merten Hall, Room 1202. At this meeting, Kennedy & Company will share a unit lifecycle demo that shows the user experience from inquiry through application.

The new system will help streamline how we recruit and admit students, especially during application review, and will give you powerful new tools to communicate with the students throughout the process.

Spring 2019 applications go live in our old system on May 1, 2018. Fall 2019 applications will go live in the new system on Sept. 10, 2018.

The implementation leadership team will be present on May 1 to answer your questions or concerns about the move to TargetX.

In the meantime, please visit oga.gmu.edu/targetx to get real-time updates or to provide feedback.
