Summer's Mindful Wednesdays

It’s hard to help others when you aren’t taking care of yourself. Spend some time on yourself this summer and develop some practices that will contribute to your well-being.

On a rotating basis, three facilitators from different segments of the university will share mindfulness practices every Wednesday from noon to 12:45 p.m. These are drop-in sessions, so there is no need to commit to coming every week.

Sessions begin May 23 and conclude August 15. Meet in SUB I, Room 3309. (Exception: On July 25, meet in SUB I, Room 3316.)
