Feedback sessions give faculty and staff opportunity to participate in presidential search process

Rector Tom Davis and Vice Rector Jimmy Hazel are gathering input from faculty and staff with four feedback sessions as part of the search for George Mason University’s next president.

The first session, held Wednesday, July 10, at the Fairfax Campus, was a robust discussion of both the search process and the ideal qualities Mason’s next president should possess. A video recording of the session can be viewed here and below. A video recording of the July 11 feedback session on the Arlington Campus can be seen here and at the bottom of this page. 

There are two remaining sessions the week of July 15:

Those who cannot attend the feedback sessions or would prefer to give feedback in writing are encouraged to do so at Go.gmu.edu/pres-search. You may be asked to log in with your Mason credentials.

The university website will include more information about the search process shortly after the search officially launches.
