To apply to Mason, submit the appropriate online application (preferred) or print and mail your application to us. If you are a new user, you will be asked to create an account. If you already have an account, simply log in to start an application or continue a saved one.
If you have spoken with a counselor, taken a tour, attended an Admissions event, or requested information, you might already have an account. To check, click on the appropriate User Login link and select “Forgot Your User Name or Password,” then enter your email address. We will email your login information.

If you have a user account, just login and pick up where you left off with your application. If you’ve forgotten your username or password (case sensitive) then click on “Forgot Your User Name or Password,” and enter your email address. You’ll receive your login information via email.

Downloadable Admissions Forms and Documents
We prefer that prospective students use the online application. However, if you can’t apply online, you can download application forms to mail. You can also download the additional forms and documents applicable to your application category.
